Terms and Conditions

Both Medina Butor Ltd and the buyer accept the following terms and conditions.

Definitions

In these terms and conditions “the buyer” means the purchaser of goods from Medina Butor Ltd. Under these terms and conditions.

“Default” means the purchaser has paid Medina Butor Ltd after the set period of 30 days from invoice date.

Prices

Prices shown in our catalogue and on our web site are correct at the time of

Printing/ uploading but are subject to alteration without prior notice. All prices

are exclusive of delivery costs.

Payment

Payment is due to the Medina Butor Ltd in full prior to despatch of goods on first order. After your fist order we will be able to offer credit terms of strictly 30 days from date of invoice providing agreement verbally or in writing by Medina Butor Ltd. Credit subject to Status and only available where the purchaser has been in agreement with Medina Butor Ltd. All prices are exclusive of delivery costs.

Restrictions: If the purchaser “defaults” more than 3 times, terms will be strictly pro-forma for 6 months.

Claims

Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit cannot be accepted unless Medina Butor Ltd is advised within 48hours of receipt of goods in the case of damage. Medina Butor Ltd must be informed in writing within 7 days of expected delivery in the case of loss. Medina Butor Ltd will not entertain claims made outside the stated time limits. For your own protection, please obtain a receipt from the carrier, as the company accepts no responsibility for lost parcels.

Ownership and risk

The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery, though the ownership of the goods remains vested within the company until full payment has been received and cleared.

Returned Goods

When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, Medina Butor Ltd may agree to their return on the following conditions:

A request must be made to Medina Butor Ltd, with in 7 days of receipt of goods.

If you wish to return unwanted goods, please ensure that any product you have bought is in its original condition, unworn or unused and sent back to Medina Butor Ltd with its original packaging providing Medina Butor Ltd have been in agreement to the purchasers reasons.

Refunds will be subject to the purchase price less 20% charge. Carriage Charges will not be refunded.

Goods that are given free, as part of an offer, are not exchangeable or refundable, unless the full offer is returned, subject to normal conditions.

In the event the buyer wishes to return goods, the returns policy detailed above will only be implemented at the discretion of Medina Butor Ltd following a review of the circumstances that have led to the buyer making such a request and Medina Butor Ltd reserve the right to refuse this request.

Delivery

Every effort is made to dispatch goods within the stated period. The times quoted

(if any) are so quoted in good faith, but shall not be binding. Medina Butor Ltd can accept no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances out of there control causing late delivery.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges will be added to the cost of the goods and will be calculated and advised at the time of order or soon thereafter.

Cancellation

Due to the fact Medina Butor Ltd supplies specialised equipment, ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED once a purchase order is received and payment must be made in full.

Guarantee

All items are guaranteed according to the manufactures warranty.

These terms and conditions apply solely to the goods that require payment to be made out to Medina Butor Ltd. Orders that require payment to be made to another company (where Medina Butor Ltd is acting in an agent capacity) are excluded and the terms and conditions of that other company will apply.
